  • Despite having no financial resources, the organization provided him with 20 poultry hens. The monthly egg production from these 20 hens is estimated at around 200 eggs. Each egg, sold at ₹15, resulted in a monthly profit of approximately ₹3,000.
  • This steady income was a significant boost for Khanjansen, enabling him to improve his living conditions and provide better for his family.
  • With the support and guidance of Balajee, he ventured into vermicomposting, a sustainable farming technique that utilizes earthworms to convert organic waste into nutrient-rich compost. Armed with dedication and a vision for sustainable agriculture. Balajee sewa sansthan provided him with training, quality earthworms, and technical expertise, enabling him to optimize his production process. As the quality of his vermicompost improved, so did its demand. Farmer Khanjensen began selling his organic vermicompost at ₹7 per kilogram. Selling price: ₹7 per kg. Quantity sold: He sold 500 kilograms (1 quintal) of vermicompost. Total revenue = ₹7/kg * 500 kg = ₹3500.

Positive transformation occurred when Vivek Pal became a beneficiary of Balajee Sewa Sansthan's integrated farming project.
  • Despite having no financial resources, the organization provided him 20 poultry hens. The Farmer focused on raising chickens, growing mushrooms and bee keeping.
  • With the support of our organization, we provided the training in mushroom cultivation. Equipped with newfound knowledge, he constructed a mushroom shed on his farm. This investment proved fruitful as the farmer began harvesting approximately 5 kg of premium button mushrooms daily. Sold at ₹100 per kg, this yielded a substantial daily income, significantly improving his financial stability.
